FIEP Delegates

We hereby inform that Prof. Dr. Manoel José Gomes Tubino – FIEP World President and Physical Education Federal Councilman died last December 19th at 0h30 minutes. He had undergone a surgery, but his heart failed as he was in the recovery room. The funeral service took place at 4h30 p.m. the same day, in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

We are all very sorry to have lost our President. He will certainly be missed by all of those in the field of Physical Education in Brazil and in the world. In the January Congress, we will pay a special homage to our eternal President.

Let Tubino meet John, Jacintho Targa, Seurin, Sylvio Raso, Cagical and others.
